Incorrect Value for PQP GB PenServer Notional Allowance Rate - Allowance History Is Displayed in the Extract Results Detail Form for Ex-employee(s) With Multiple Allowances after Running PenServer Interface Process

Symptoms
After running the "PenServer Interface Process" concurrent program, it has been observed that the value for "PQP GB PenServer Notional Allowance Rate - Allowance History" is incorrect in the Extract Results Detail Form for ex-employees with multiple allowances attached.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Entries > Ensure to datetrack accordingly (for example as of 01-July 2024) and add multiple allowance element entries:
- <Allowance_recurring_element_1>;
- <Allowance_recurring_element_2>;
- <Allowance_recurring_element_3>.
3. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for above employee > Assignment > Others > Quickpay > Run Quickpay for the relevant payroll period (for example for July 2024 payroll period).
4. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for above employee > Others > End Employment > Terminate employee (for example as of 31-August 2024).
5. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for above employee > Assignment > Others > Quickpay > Run Quickpay for the relevant payroll period (for example for August 2024 payroll period).
6. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'PenServer Interface Process' with Interface file = 'Allowance History' with relevant Effective Date (for example as of 31-August 2024).
7. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results > Query for 'PQP GB PenServer Periodic Changes Interface - Allowance History' (generated for the above run - step 6).
8. Click on Detail > Observe that all "PQP GB PenServer Notional Allowance Rate - Allowance History" fields (corresponding to the allowance elements -> 'PQP GB PenServer Allowance Code - Allowance History') are having the same value.
