Symptoms

After migrating from R12.1.3 to R12.2.11 the customer merge program is completing in error. The log file shows:

MSG-00001: ARP_GENERIC_CMERGE.DO_TABLE_FIELD.CORP_MAIN.CURRENT_AGENT : ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called 23-FEB-2024 11:11:33

MSG-00100: merge_products errored out

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Account Merge
Create a customer merge to another customer
