Work Confirmation Date & Receipt Date Are Same (Doc ID 3048598.1)

Symptoms


Transaction date on work confirmation is equal to work confirmation creation date, not work confirmation approval date.

Say for Example


1. WC Creation Date is 13-Jul-24

2. WC Final Approved Date is 26-Jul-24

3. Transaction date shown in work confirmation page is 13-Jul-24. But expectation is that this should show 26-Jul-24 which is work confirmation approval date.

 This raises issue mainly when work confirmation is created in one period, and approval happened in another period and previous period is closed.
