Symptoms
Item rules which have to assign mandatory values based on another Item attribute show NULL values.
STEPS
1. Development manager > Item catalog > Advanced search
2. Query for item > Update the item user defined attribute "CategoryCode" > See Level1, Level2 are either assigned or sometimes NULL.
Rules have been define for Level1 to be assigned based on user defined attribute "CategoryCode"
and Level2 should be assigned based on PM Category, Level1. However, don't see the rules triggered all the time.
Workaround
Delete the Rules and enable it again. It works sometimes.
