In Oracle Sourcing, an error appears in the notifications received by suppliers to participate in the new published negotiation.

Steps To Reproduce

1. The Sourcing buyers/administrators create a new RFQ document.
2. Upon publish of the RFQ, the invitation notifications are sent to the suppliers that are specified on the RFQ document.
3. The suppliers log in and view the notification details from the worklist.  The error is seen there.
