EBS HCM Fusion Integration: Import and Load Data Program Completes Successfully but Employee is not Updated when Viewed from the People Form (PERWSHRG) (Doc ID 3048791.1)

When loading a worker extract file using the Import and Load Data program from accessed from EBS responsibility: HCM Cloud Integration Administrator, the process completes successfully but the employee information in EBS has not changed. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: HCM Cloud Integration Administrator

2. Navigate: Click Import and Load Data > Provide the Extract File Information > Submit. 

3. Post completion, check the status from the same page.
