Context Value Field Is Not Displayed in Organization Form (PERWSDOR) When Checking Additional Organization Information for Business Group or HR Organization (Doc ID 3048891.1)

When opening any Additional Organization Information (example: Self Service Preference) for a Business Group/HR Organization it has been discovered that the Context Value field is missing (not shown).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Work Structures > Organization > Description > Query for Organization.
3. In the Organization Classifications select Business Group/HR Organization > Others > Self Service Preference.
4. Observe "Context Value" field is not displayed.
