Symptoms
Impairment journals are out of balance where impairment reserve is not equal to impairment expense in MRC ledger. Create accounting fails for the Event Impairment with the following error
0 The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fixed Assets Responsibility
2. Assets > Impairment > Create and Post
3. Run the Create Accounting - Assets
