Symptoms
Entitlement Failure When Service Contract is Created from Sales Orders.
There appears to be an issue with the Service Contract that is automatically created from Sales Orders.
The Service Contract does not provide ongoing Entitlement as it is not showing the Customer Name in the Customer Name field, instead it is assigning the Channel Partner as the Customer which is causing entitlement failure.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Ship service item by sales order issue transaction. Check the warranties and service agreements in Service Contracts.
2. The Warranties are being created for the Customer on the Sales Order, but the Service Agreements are created for the "Bill To Customer".
