Symptoms

Concurrent request "PRC: Sweep Transaction Accounting Events" is not picking up/sweeping accounting events with the event class "POBG Revenue Adjustment".

1. Switch to Projects Billing responsibility.
2. Run concurrent process PRC: Sweep Transaction Accounting Events
3. Select Transaction Type as Performance Obligation and submit the request
4. Performance obligation events are not picking up.
