Symptoms

Expenditure Inquiry has a performance issue when using a partial project number with a wildcard in the Project query field.

Example: Project Number - 000%

Expensive Query:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into a Projects Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Expenditures > Expenditure Inquiry > All
  3. Enter partial Project Number with wildcard
  4. Tab to Next field.
