Symptoms
When attempting to run CSTECCDL: Cost Management Command Center Data Load
the following error occurs.
Submitting the request for load_type:
FULL_LOAD for dashboard code: 10 for languages: with trace enabled:
OTHERS exception while submitting : CST ECC Data LoadORA-01843: not a valid month
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Cost Management Command Center
2. Submitted the load program with the below parameters
1) Application Name : Cost Management
2) Data Set: All
3) Load Type: Full
