Symptoms
While searching for the program ECO Open Interface in Submit Request Form, It shows the below error:
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Engineering responsibility.
2. Navigate to Other -> Requests.
3. Search for the program ECO Open Interface.
4. The above mentioned error will be shown at the bottom of the Forms.
