When attempting to Generate Revenue Accounting Events for the Projects,
the following error occurs.

ORA-01417: a table may be outer joined to at most one other table

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Projects responsibility > View > Requests
2. Run PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events
3. Verify the error captured in the log file
