APP-FND-00756 Error While Querying the Item in Item Supply Demand Form (Doc ID 3049518.1)

Symptoms

The View Item Supply Demand form (INVDVDSD) displays below error messages when querying items:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Inventory
2. Navigate to: On-hand, Availability > Item Supply/Demand
3. Enter item for which the issue occurs, error message is shown.

Changes

 This issue is caused after upgrading from 11i version to 12.2.13 version.
