Create_k_service_line FAILURE OKC_CONTRACTS_REQUIRED_VALUE (COL_NAME=SUBSCRIBER Party Role (HEADER))
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create sales order using Order Management responsibility
2. Merge order lines into existing contract/order
3. Run reprocess order Program from Service Contracts Management responsibility
4. Reprocess Order concurrent program is completed with error
