Unable To View Sales Order Workflow Status (Doc ID 304960.1)

Symptoms

In the 11.5.10 Order Management, using a custom responsibility you are unable to view the workflow
status from 'Tools -> Workflow Status' You get the following error message:
Error: "Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your
System Administrator."

Found <Note:154014.1>. Checked our menu, it has all the functions as per the <Note 154014.1>;
and there are no menu exclusions related to workflow in the menu attached to the custom
responsibility.

Also checked the set up as per <Note 123171.1>.
