Symptoms
When trying to query newly created Deal Modifier below error occurs.
The data exists in qp tables.
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403 no data found.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Oracle pricing manager
2.Modifiers>create new Deal modifier with parent promotional modifier
3. Query newly created Deal modifier ,error occurs
