Symptoms
When attempting to add parameters to Intercompany Import Program the following error occurs:
APP-FND-00806: The default value XXX is invalid for the p_batch_id segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that:
Add the value XXX to the value set for the segment p_batch_id, or choose another default value in the Key Flexfield Segments form or Descriptive Flexfield Segments form. Use the Edit Concurrent Program or Define Report Set form for Standard Report Submission report defaults.

Issue occurs after the upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.10.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Intercompany responsibility
2. Run Intercompany Import Program

Upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.10.
