Symptoms
Observed that, Publish or Republish of a Performance Management Plan is taking more than one day to complete.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:
1. Login using "HR Professional V4.0" Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Function "Performance Management".
3. In the launched page under the Cluster "Administration", click on the link "Performance Management Plans".
4. In the launched page, query for an existing plan and click on "Update" against it.
5. Make necessary changes to the plan in the subsequent pages and try to Republish the plan, observed that the plan publish runs for a longer time for almost more than one day to get the plan published.
6. The same thing happens even if a new plan is created and tried to be published.
