Symptoms

Lease Execution Date and Location code field are missing in  Workflow Notification

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Property Manager Responsibility
2. Create or Amend an Existing Lease and Finalize the lease
   Lease and Document > Main Lease > Enter lease and Document : Finalize the lease
3. Workflow notification will be sent to the the approver to approve the lease
