IC Payment Batches Performance Issue


There are performance issues while creating Incentive Compensation Payment batch for a specific Pay Group. It takes more then 2 hours to generate the payment batch for approximately 200 sales associates for "XXX" pay group. 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with OIC resp
2. Create a payment batch for a specific pay group
3. It takes 2 hours.
