Symptoms
Employee credit cards are not getting assigned to an employee after the Credit Card data file is loaded and validated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Credit Card Transaction Loader and Validation Program, for example:
MasterCard CDF3 Transaction Loader and Validation Program
Visa VCF 4 Transaction Loader and Validation Program
American Express Transaction Loader and Validation Program
2. Credit Cards are loaded but not all cards (if any) are linked to the employee
