ARXCWMAI Customer Accounts, Customer Calls Form Freezes Entire Applications FRM-40733 FRM-40105 (Doc ID 305003.1)

Symptoms

Receivables > Collections > Collections > Customer Accounts > Enter the customer number and click 'Find'.
Once you are in the Customer Accounts screen click on Calls button. You get the following error messages:

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CQIT_PS.CUSTOMER_NAME
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CQIT_PS.AVERAGE_DAYS_LATE
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CQIT_PS.DSO
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CQIT_PS.OVERALL_CREDIT_LIMIT

Then the screen freezes with the following error:
FRM-40733: PL/SQL built-in SET_GROUP_CHAR_CELL failed

You need to reboot the machine to get back into the Applications.
