Why The RFQ (Request for Quotation) Auto Award Is Not Taking Into Consideration The Scoring Results? (Doc ID 3050040.1)

Goal

When using the Auto Award option for a 2 Stage RFQ (Request for Quotation), the winner will be the supplier that has the lower price event though, the scoring is lower.

For example, the results are the following:
Supplier 1: Scoring 81, Price 4000
Supplier 2: Scoring 51, Price 3500

The Auto Awarding evaluation should be based on manual/auto scoring instead of pricing or the prices from the quotation should be added on the score results (ex: one supplier has a lower price then a percent should be added on the Scouring Results)
