Data Corruption Issue in WMS_ZONES_TL Table When Zones are Deleted (Doc ID 3050222.1)

Symptoms

When a zone is deleted from zones form, the data gets deleted for US language in wms_zones_tl table, but data is not deleted for other languages and from wms_zones_b table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps :

1. Go to Warehouse Manager > Setup > Warehouse Configuration > Zones

2. Delete the zone having the locators assigned

3. System will not check if the locators are assigned and deletes the data causing corruption
