Symptoms
When attempting to run the 'Create Accounting' Program,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_ae_lines_pkg.BusinessFlowPriorEntries. ORA-01426: numeric overflow.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payable Responsibility.
2. Try to run the 'Create Accounting Program'.
3. You will get the above mentioned error.
