Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Basic SysAdmin functions, maintenance
When navigating through the FNDSCMON form to run Audit Cleanup an error 'Unable to locate record on block' is generated.
Patch 33412336: FNDSCPRG: PURGE SIGNON AUDIT DATA PROGRAM FAILS WITH ORA-04030 ERROR has been applied.
The database has been bounced.
The program executables have been relinked.
Invalids objects have been compiled.
The "Purge Signon Audit Data" program is run daily.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Sysadmin user.
2. Navigate to Security -> Users -> Monitor
3. Blind Query, CTRL F11 to populate the form.
4. Click button Audit Cleanup.
5. Click OK in response to pop up message.
6. Click OK again for Request ID.
7. See Error returned on the screen.
