Symptoms

Some Work orders stuck in Approval Process and Approvers cannot approve

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into Maintenance Super User responsibility
2.Work Orders > All > Search for Work Orders > Release
3.Work Order status is Pending - Release are stuck in Approval Process
