Symptoms
Work Order not appearing in forms after being Closed
Steps: Navigation: [EAM Home Page]-> Click on Work Oder Tab-> Search EAM Work Order.
When click on Find Work Order Tab, Work Order does not appear and receive Error: FRM-40212:Invalid value for the field WIP_ENTITY_NAME error.
But when user searches in the database they find the Work Order using following Query :
select * from apps.wip_entities where wip_entity_name = &wip_name;
