Symptoms

 While inspecting the receipt, RTP concurrent program has been completed with below error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Purchasing --> Oracle Purchasing --> Purchase Orders --> Purchase orders. Create a purchase order (PO) with 3 lines.
2. Go to shipments --> More tab and make sure the match level is 3-way or 4-way.
3. Click the Receiving Controls button and set the receipt routing as 'Inspection Required'.
4. save it. Go to Tools --> India Tax details --> Apply the Goods and Services Tax (GST) taxes through GST defaulting mechanism or manually apply the GST taxes.
5. Approve the PO.
6. Navigate to Receiving --> Receipts --> Create receipt --> select all the lines and save the receipt.
7. Now go to Receiving --> Receiving Transactions Summary --> Query the transaction using receipt/PO number.
8. Select the line 1 then apply the Bill of Entry (BOE) via Receipt Line Application and confirm the taxes.
9. Now Go to Receiving --> Receiving transactions --> Select and inspect all the lines one by one and then save the form.
10. 'Receiving Transaction Processor' program is triggered and it is observed that program is completed with an error.
