Symptoms

When using the PN_LEASE_PUB.CREATE_TERMS API to create Payment Terms, the DFFs are populated, for example, attribute1.
However project_attribute1 is populated with the same data and this is not desired.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add payment term via API - See Oracle Property Manager Property Lease API Documentation Supplement (Doc ID 2655705.1) for more details on using the API
2. See that attribute1 is created correctly, but project_attribute1 is populated with the same data and this is not correct
