G-Invoicing: Order Modifications Are Not Integrating Into Oracle When the 'PA: Enable Budget Integration and Budgetary Control Feature’ Profile Options Is Set to True. (Doc ID 3050856.1)

Symptoms

The customer is currently unable to integrate modifications from G-Invoicing into Oracle when the purpose of the modification is to add a new schedule.  After modifying an order to add a new schedule and then executing the concurrent request in Oracle to integrate the modification, the modification does not integrate into Oracle and triggers the following errors:

User-Defined Exception Error encountered while autocreating IGT Order or Modification.
Warning: Your Budgetary Control action completed with exceptions. Please run check funds action to view the errors.



Steps to Reproduce

-----------------------

1. In G-Invoice an order is created
2. Interfacing Initial Order into Oracle > program Intergovernmental Order Interface Program is triggered
3. In E Business Suites (EBS) the order is created
4. In G-Invoicing > Modify Order to Add New Schedule
5. Attempt to Pull Modification into Oracle by running the Intergovernmental Order Interface Program
6. Error occurs with the above errors


The fnd_log_messages shows:
