Error " RVTTH-115f: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error" While Performing Deliver Transaction For Purchase Order (Doc ID 3050987.1)

Symptoms

Following error occurs while trying to complete Deliver transaction for purchase order.

RVTTH-115f: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error

Cause: Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to e-business suite and choose Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigation: Receiving > Receiving Transactions > Search with Receipt
3. Perform Deliver transactions
4. Get above error.
