Receiver (Or) Employee ID Is Null On Receiving Transactions (Doc ID 3051281.1)

Goal

On Receiving Transaction in iProcurement HTML form, the Receiver field is null for some transactions.
Receiving Analyzer shows '*'  for the employee_id  column.
