Cycle Count Adjustment Transactions Stuck in Pending Transactions (Doc ID 3051499.1)

Symptoms

When Cycle Count Adjustments are Approved - the records are stuck in Pending Transactions.
These transactions are not getting processed automatically.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps :

1) Navigate to Inventory -> Counting -> Cycle Count
2) Go to Cycle Count Adjustment and Query adjustments for pending approval
3) Approve the Adjustment. System will display the message that the Adjustments are processed but are not posted in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS.
