Symptoms

Receivables Self Invoices are not Appearing in Israeli VAT File Related to 835 Report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Israeli Localization responsibility.
2. Go to Oracle Receivables -> Transactions -> Transactions -> Create Account Receivables(AR) invoices.
3. Click on Tax details Tab and enter relevant Taxes.
4. Run report Israeli VAT File Related to 835 by navigating to View-> Requests-> Submit Single request.
5. Observe that the invoices are not appearing in Report output.
