Symptoms

When run XLADRPGLT: Purge Temporary Journal Import Interface Tables Created By Subledger Accounting, it fails with the following error:
 

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 139 with name "_SYSxxxx_xxxx$" too small


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Ledger responsibility
2. View> Requests> Submit a new Request
3. Purge Temporary Journal Import Interface Tables Created By Subledger Accounting
