Goal

Can the self test in OBN be used to test payload in INVOICE transactions?

1. Supplier Creates invoice
2. Sends to OBN
3. OBN processes invoice to EBS
4. EBS attempts to bring in the invoice but error occurs:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error - ECX_ACTIONS.GET_CONVERTED_DATE
