Error FRM-40010 When Trying to Access Tax Diagnostics Form After Applying Patch 29246011 (Doc ID 3051771.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to open Tax Diagnostics form as they are encountering below error:

FRM-40010: Cannot read from $ZX_TOP/forms/US/ZXTXDIAG.fmx

Error may show the full path under environment variable $ZX_TOP. To confirm the path, you can use below command:

Patch 29246011:R12.ZX.C was applied as per instructions from Note 1621617.1 to install the Tax Diagnostic Form under Tax Manager Responsibility, prior to this.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Tax Manager
Navigation: Tax Diagnostics
1. Form cannot be opened and error message is shown
