Symptoms
For any non-evergreen eligible contract which is due to expire and have open balance, Terminate Expired Contracts does not expire the contract per functionality. In the meantime, if there are any changes need to billing group for other contracts that belong to it, it throws an error.
Error

Invalid value for Okl_Lla_Util_Pvt.check_termination_in_error.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Using lease super user responsibility, pick a contract which belongs to billing group with more than one contract.
2) Make sure the contract has reached end of term and evergreen eligible is "No".
3) Make there are some invoices left open.
4) Run Terminate Expired Contracts for that contract. There will be error about open receivable balance left.
5) Try to update the billing group of that contract and error is thrown.
