Symptoms

While running either of the programs below:
   PRC: Process Mass submission performances for G-Invoicing (PA_IGT_MASS_SUBMIT_PERFORMANCE)
   PRC: Process Mass submission of EZ performances for G-Invoicing (PA_EZ_MASS_SUBMIT_PERFORMANCE)

The below error returns when selecting a value for "Operating Unit" parameter:

Steps
======
1. Using a Federal Projects responsibility
2. Navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run
3. Run the "PRC: Process Mass Submission Performances For G-Invoicing" or the "PRC: Process Mass submission of EZ performances for G-Invoicing" program.
4. From the "Operating Unit" parameter List of Values (LOV), select a value that has more than 30 characters, get the error.
