SCA_WSH_SendDlvyToOtmService SOA Composite Producing Non-Compliant XMLM Is Failing (Doc ID 3052023.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 08, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Shipping Execution - Version 12.2.11 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The customer is validating integration with OTM and deliveries sent to OTM (Release) from EBS are failing XML SCHEMA VALIDATION . Transformations of this XML is handled by this SOA composite: sca_wsh_SendDlvyToOtmService.jar

We have analyzed what is wrong with the XML payload and it comes down to 2 XML elements that are out of sequence:

IsSplitAllowed (in ReleaseHeader)
IsSplitAllowed (in ShipUnit)

Both of these were in the wrong sequence resulting in the error.

The customer is requesting  a "patch" to be provided by EBS development and does not want to make these changes in the mapping directly and redeploy the JAR themselves in SOA

Is it possible that the dev team can review to see if a patch is available for this or not.
