Symptoms
In EBS application, the Active User Concurrent request stuck in Running Normal Status.
Running Active User program from OS command line as per steps mentioned in (Doc ID 1134993.1) also stuck the concurrent request did not complete.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to System Administrator responsibility
2. Navigate to View--> Requests
3. Submit a new Active User program
