The LAST_UPDATE_DATE and LAST_UPDATED_BY Columns Are Not Getting Updated on Service Contract Lines When Sublines Are Updated (Doc ID 3052226.1)

Symptoms

Find that LAST_UPDATE_DATE and LAST_UPDATED_BY fields in the OKC_K_LINES_B table do not get updated at the Line level when updating the sublines when the covered level is System. The header level LAST_UPDATE_DATE and LAST_UPDATED_BY fields are correctly updated. Expect the Line level LAST_UPDATE_DATE and LAST_UPDATED_BY fields get updated when updating sublines.

STEPS
1. Using a contract with subline having covered level as System.
2. Open the contract for update,
3. Update the subline subtotal and save
4. Check QA
5. Go to Line level and do Help > Record History
6. Update Date and Updated By fields do not show the correct date and user.
