Symptoms
When attempting to audit an Expense Report,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

One or more required imaged receipts are yet to be submitted

One or more required imaged receipts are yet to be submitted
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Expense Report and submit it
2. Approve it
3. Try to audit it
