"OTL: Timecard Audit Trail Report" Generates Mismatch Data. (Doc ID 3052485.1)

Symptoms

"OTL: Timecard Audit Trail Report" is always creating report for same employee even when the person name and supervisor name selected are different from the generated report output.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OTL Adminsitor > submit OTL: Timecard Audit Trail Report" for person_id xx 
2. Check Report output , it display data for different employee
