Symptoms

When attempting to complete a transaction through the form for Brazil customer, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01858.


STEPS
-----------------------
1 - Acces Receivables Manager Responsibility
2 - Acces Transactions > Transactions
3 - Create new transactions and lines
4 - Click on "Complete" Button
  The form ARXTWMAI shows the error message.


Changes

 upgrade to 12.2.13
