Entries are not visible in 'available transactions' section of Manual reconcilation under CE Command Center


Error message :

400 Bad Request: oracle.ecc.index.retrieve.exceptions.InvalidRequestException: Invalid security filter Invalid filter for attribute _LEDGER_ID_facet "values" attribute must have at least one value.



Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cash Management responsibility.
2. CE command Center> Manual Reconcilation

 Newly created Cash Management responsibility
