Automatic Update Failed For Service Request Email Notification Received when Task Status is Set to Close and no Changes Done to Debrief (Doc ID 3052968.1)

Symptoms

After updating task status in Universal Work Queue, an email notification triggered titled 'For Your Information: Automatic update failed for service request 1949486'

Navigate to SR, task status is updated but no changes to debrief found.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Service User > Customer Support > Universal Work Queue.
2. Select from tasks assigned, select Actions: Update Task.
3. Change Task to Close, input notes, click [Apply] button and no change is done to debrief.
